We are currently recruiting for an Estate Cleaner for our client based in Owlbeech, Horsham.

Responsibilities for Estate Cleaner:

Carry out general cleaning duties to a high standard across multiple sites.
Clean communal areas, kitchens, toilets, bathrooms, showers and other facilities.
Work effectively as part of a team and independently when required.
Use cleaning equipment and products safely and correctly.
Follow all health and safety procedures and approved cleaning practices.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation across all locations.
Undertake manual handling and other physically demanding duties where required.
Occasionally deal with challenging cleaning tasks, including the removal of dog waste, human or animal faeces, and cleaning areas affected by urine, following the appropriate health and safety procedures.
Travel between various sites as part of a mobile cleaning team.
Start and finish each working day at the Owlbeech, Horsham base.

Requirements for Estate Cleaner:

Previous experience carrying out cleaning duties.
Basic knowledge and understanding of health and safety procedures.
A full, valid driving licence.
Must live within the Crawley or Horsham area.
Ability to travel between multiple sites and work as part of a mobile team.
A reliable, flexible and positive approach to work.
Ability to undertake physical work, including manual handling.
Willingness and ability to undertake all aspects of the cleaning role, including cleaning kitchens, toilets, bathrooms and showers, and occasionally handling unpleasant cleaning tasks involving human or animal waste and urine.
Strong work ethic and commitment to maintaining safe, clean and welcoming environments.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday:8am to 15:30pm /35 hours per week
