Admin & Clerical (Hybrid)

BBS Recruitment is currently recruiting an experienced Business Support Officer (Admin & Clerical) for a temporary position for our client in Bedfordshire.

Key Duties an Admin & Clerical:

Provide support administrating and delivery of the Household Support fund – FSM vouchers and other activities.

Supporting Performance team/CBC gathering key information from School and providers to accurately process vouchers and ensure smooth delivery of vouchers through informed decision making.

Liaise with external colleagues including providers of education, social workers, schools to ensure effective communication on the HSF vouchers.

Support resolving queries with services/ providers, parents and others.

Undertake such duties consistent with the role to ensure the LA meet and submitted delivery plan and therefore meet the funding requirement.

Comprehensive business and administrative support to a team.

Must be organised, a good communicator, proficient with Microsoft products and have attention to detail.

Effective administrative skills
Excellent attention to detail, quality and consistency to develop administrative systems that function effectively.
Experience maintaining administrative and monitoring systems.
General administration tasks – typing, answering telephone as first point of contact.
Other Requirements

The hours are 37 per week.
